BOLT Demo Program
GUIDELINES: Anyone in the lower 48 United States may demo one or two racquets for up to 21 days. The order must be accompanied with a valid credit card. The cost is $22 + $6 per demo - limit of 2 demo racquets per order. The $22 fee is redeemable toward the purchase of a new BOLT racquet.
Demo racquet(s) will be delivered in 3 - 6 days via FedEx Ground in a BOLT box - SAVE the BOX! Included in the box is a prepaid FedEx return label - SAVE the LABEL! Racquets must be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.
RETURN: Seal them in the original box, place the return label on top of the old label and take the box to a staffed FedEx drop-off center or any FedEx driver. Please use the prepaid return label included with your demo(s) to ensure they're returned properly.
RETURN POLICY: If a demo racquet is not returned within the 21 day time period, then a 7 day grace period begins. During the grace period, 1 email reminder will be sent and 1 telephone reminder will be made if necessary. If a demo racquet still is not returned after 28 days, the secured credit card will be charged for the full retail cost (including strings) of each demo racquet.
