Ordering and Shipping
Our goal is to provide you with the best possible products and the best possible Website interaction.  Please read below and you'll see that ordering and receiving BOLT merchandise is easy:

Merchandise and/or shipping charges can be paid for with a valid credit card or with a valid BOLT e-mail gift certificate (store credit).  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Personal checks, cash, PayPal, etc. are not accepted.
 

Every effort is made to ship merchandise within 48 hours unless overnight or 2-day delivery is requested in which case shipment will occur within 24 hours as required.  Orders received after 2:00 pm EST on a Thursday, will ship the following Monday. Purchases will be delivered either via Fed Ex or UPS according to the delivery time and rate that you've selected.
 

Demo racquet orders will ship within 48 hours via Fed Ex ground service unless otherwise requested.  Demo racs will arrive in 3-6 days depending on your location in the continental 48 states. Demo orders received after 2:00 pm EST on a Friday, will ship the following Monday.
 

Delivery charges for purchased merchandise will vary according to the method of delivery that you select, and according to the weight and final destination.

International orders can be made by emailing your request to info@boltadvance.com.
 

For the fastest turnover and delivery time, we strongly recommend that you order products from the website however, if you prefer, orders can be made over the telephone as well.  For telephone orders, please call 1-877-430-BOLT (2658).
